Paying in and out of your Cashplus Current Account is simple. 

UK Electronic Transfer

Receiving BACs or faster payments into your Cashplus Personal or Business Current Account is simple.

Whether it’s a one-off payment, or your salary every month, just provide the payer with your Cashplus Current Account Number and Sort Code.

Inbound payments are processed between 6am and 9pm (7 days a week). Make your payment by 7pm to receive it on the same day as Faster Payments can take up to two hours.

For BACs payments, the BACs process takes up to 3 working days to arrive.

However, most companies take this into account when paying your salary so check with your employer what day(s) each month you’ll get paid as this will likely be the day your money will be in your account.

Cash at UK Post Offices 

We’ve teamed up with the Post Office so that you can pay cash into your account over the counter at any of their 11,500+ branches across the UK. 

All you'll need to be able to pay cash into your account is the money and your card. The money will then be available in your account immediately.

International Transfers 

We provide an inbound international payments service for both Cashplus business and personal current account customers. 

You can accept international payments into your Cashplus Account in GBP or Euros.

The time it takes for an international payment to arrive in your account will vary depending on which country and bank it’s coming from. It’s best to ask the person making the payment, to check timings with their bank for you. We’ll apply the payment to your account the same day we receive it (if received before 3:30pm), provided all the details required are correct.

As our service works a little a differently to a traditional bank check out the help centre for all of the information you need to ensure the payments reach your account.

Payments & Transfers using Online Servicing and Mobile App 

Once logged into our Online Servicing site or Mobile App, you can:

  • Add new payees (people or companies)
  • Send faster payments to any UK bank account
  • Set up one off or regular payments, including, standing orders for anything from bills and business expenses to employee wages
  • Manage any Direct Debits set up on your account

Via Direct Debit 

Just like any High Street bank, you can set up Direct Debits to be paid from your Cashplus Account. Just set these up with the company you want to pay and provide your Cashplus Account details.

You’ll need:

  • Your Account Number and Sort Code
  • Bank Name: APS Financial Ltd (This is our subsidiary company which processes Cashplus payments)
  • Bank Address: PO Box 71064, London, SE1P 4ZE

An additional benefit to our Direct Debit service is our Insufficient funds alerts - if a Direct Debit looks like it's going to bounce, we'll alert you before your payment's due! So you'll have time to pay into your Cashplus Account if needed. 

On Your Debit Mastercard 

Whether it’s a gym membership or regular grocery order, you can set up the payment to be taken from your Cashplus Debit Card. All you need to do is provide the company you want to pay  with your Debit Card details, and regular payments for varying amounts can then be taken from your account on a flexible basis.

Making one-off payments from your Cashplus Debit card is straightforward too – pay online and in-store, just look out for the Mastercard Acceptance Mark.
