We want to keep you updated every step of the way during this challenging time, here's some important details on getting in touch with us and guidance on ways to help manage your account.

Firstly, it’s important to ensure you're able to log in and manage your account online. See our guides on how to log in to the Cashplus Bank App and Online Banking for assistance.

Getting in touch

To ensure we can deliver a consistent service throughout the day, we've updated our Customer Services hours to Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm, and Saturday, 8am - 4pm. As the situation with the coronavirus unfolds, we're constantly reviewing how we can best support our customers and will keep you up to date on any changes.

Other ways to get help

If you have a general enquiry, visit our help centre for answers to commonly asked questions. Our friendly customer service team is also available to answer general enquires via Facebook and Twitter - just note, for your security we can't discuss your account details online.

Give an additional card to get support

You can order additional cards in Online Banking or the Cashplus Bank App, which may be particularly beneficial during this time of self-isolation. If you're getting help with the shopping or have someone you trust purchasing essentials for you, an additional card may help. It'll arrive in 3-5 working days.

Have extra control on any gambling transactions

With more time at home, you might find it more difficult to keep track of your spending on gambling. If you want more control, you can place a gambling block on your account within the app or Online Banking.
